STD and PRO licenses includes email basic support (24/48hr. typical response), GOLD licenses includes dedicated support (same day) and includes 1 hour of remote hands-on support at no extra cost. You can purchase one hour of remote dedicated support (same day up to 24 hours) . You can purchase two hour of remote dedicated express support (same day up to 12 hours, sometimes on saturday too) . We do not work on weekends or holidays.
License is not send inmediately for Plin for Premiere you must wait up to 24 hours, for After Effects activation is automatically in around 12 hours or less.
OUR RECOMENDATION
Gold series are suited for video companies, vfx, media distributors, TV and post-production. Supports all video inputs outputs and maximize speed.
Gold series customers include REDucation (from RED cameras), Panasonic Corporation, Swiss Canal 9 TV, Sony, Microsoft games studio, and more.
Pro series is suited for filmmakers, camera man & power video users . Do not support the advanced H.265 coding.
Std. series is an entry level for starters. Up to 1080p. Supports prores up to 4:2:2.
By buying the 1 Year free upgrade package, you will receive all the upgrades that will have Cinec Plin during a year for free.
HOW TO BUY ?

Simply click on the paypal "Buy Now" from the version software you're interested. Once make the payment, send an email including your ComputerId (Cinec >> Register) to sales at cinemartin dot com and we will send you the license code to unlock the app. Once you make the payment, you will redirected to a webpage and you will present with questions you need to reply to us, plus an agreement to not redistribute the software, in order for us to send you Cinemartin Plin and the unlock key in 1-2 working days. Trial version demonstrate a lot of the features of the app. Refunds are not available and not allowed except from our part, cause we reserve the right of delivery at our discretion. So try before buy. If you need to test some of the features not available on demo (like prores or h265) simply send us a sample clip to the support email indicated below and we will convert for you using the version of Cinec Plin you're interested in.
